Modern Infrastructure
To successfully meet the bulk orders of our clients, we have developed a sound infrastructure. We have three manufacturing units in Ongole, Hyderabad and Vizag. All these units possess the requisite high tech machines and other facilities. The Ongole manufacturing unit has 2 circular saws processing up to the height of 90 cm, Hyderabad unit has 10 Circular saws for 95 cm and 3 saws fpr 145 cm. Likewise, Vizag unit has 2 circular saws for 95 cm and 1 saw for 145 cm. Owing to these facilities, we maintain a prompt production rate in our manufacturing unit. All these units function smoothly under the supervision of efficient and competent professionals. Further, we also ensure that the units are frequently upgraded and checked by skilled professional to keep them at par with the latest technology.
Packaging
Our packaging is of international standard. We pay complete emphasis on packaging considering it as important as the quality of the products. In our range of products, proper packaging is must to ensure the stability of the products during transportation and all. In line with this, we never compromise with packaging material. Following are the types of packaging done at our premises: - Slab Packaging- While packing the slabs, we properly cover it with high quality plastic sheets in order to protect the polished surface of slabs against scratches. Then, these slabs are tightly packed in wooden pallets. We undertake customized packaging, where in the demand of the clients for putting their trademark or brand are well entertained.
- Tiles Packing â Tiles are first packed in Styrofoam Boxes and then put into wooden crates. Finally, these wooden crates are fixed and tightened by Iron Strips.
- Large size tiles â Large sized tiles are directly put into strong and fresh wooden crates. But inside the wood crates, the individual tiles are separated by plastic sheets to protect these against scratches. Moreover, thermocol sheets are put on in all the sides in order to avoid the breakage of corners.
Also, we give the customers the digital images of the products before being packed and also the images of the packed boxes, so that customers can be assured of our flawless products and error free packaging. |
